Managing Icons
Once an icon set is created and contains icons, you can manage them using three modes: Select mode, Delete mode, and Edit mode. Select the desired mode from the Toolbar.

Select Mode

Select mode allows you to select icons by clicking on them. Hold down Shift or drag the mouse to select multiple icons. Click again to deselect.

Selected icons appear under Selected Icons in the Icon Set List. Selecting this entry gives you options to:
- New - Create a new icon set from the selected icons
- Tag - Add tags to the icons
- Color - Change the color of the icons (monochrome SVG icons only)
- Move - Move the icons to an existing icon set
- Export - Export the icons
- Clear - Clear the selection

Delete Mode

To remove icons from an icon set, choose Delete mode. Clicking an icon will remove it. If you remove an icon by accident, you can undo with Command-Z or by selecting Undo from the Edit menu. Upon closing Iconomizer, deleted icons are removed permanently.
Edit Mode

To change the name, color, or tags of an individual icon, choose Edit mode. Click an icon and an edit panel will appear.
- To edit the name or tags, enter the values into the respective text field and press Enter
- To change the color, click on the color well
All changes can be undone with Command-Z or by selecting Undo from the Edit menu.

Icon Search
The Toolbar contains a search field that can be used to find icons by name or by tag.
